Hi Nathan,
Before I had to move into the seniors "old folks home" my coffee intake was a cup at breakfast. These days I have 3-5 cups a day during my 3 meals.  think this some how they keep all the old folks crew wired all day long??????? :-)

Yes, in France croissant is typical. Here, it is more likely a “media tostada”, a piece of baguette, toasted and sprinkled with olive oil or grated tomato.
