Hi Ted,

While I agree, if the bokeh is ugly, it's ugly.  Some people see it,
some don't.  If it's really ugly it bothers me a lot, and the effect
can get in the way of seeing the content.  To me that's what technique
and technology is for - making sure the content shows.  When it gets
in the way, then it's a problem.
