It's not even that easy to kill a trout never mind a sizable (possibly large even) mammal that you love. In the absence of that 'one swift blow' bullshit I leave it to your imagination the adrenaline-infused rapid heart-rate scene that ensues. One recovers oneself from that experience how, exactly? Not easily and not in short order I'll say that. And one does this to save money on a shot?
