I got the second M8 working by grousing to Stephen Gandy about it. It pointed me to Tony Rose at PopFlash. Tony told me to call him if I have any future problems with the M8. Tony also told me that the gentleman in warranty repairs who ignored all of my calls, emails, and letters has been reassigned elsewhere. He's probably now the CEO of AIG.
