Subject: [Leica] Does Leica actually want to sell cameras?

The service manager (whose name has been repressed in my memory) seemed 
to have been at the root of the problem. I would call about 8 times a 
day only to be told that "he just stepped away from his desk" (a 
euphemism for golfing?). I would leave my name and number and he 
wouldn't call. When they finally agreed to repair the camera, they 
bypassed him altogether. The "B-Team" was extremely helpful. The A-Team 
and B-Team need to be switched, I guess.
