Subject: [Leica] Does Leica actually want to sell cameras?

Leica's post-sales are what turned me off to photography for the past
year. When my M8 died after two weeks, nobody at Leica would return my
calls or respond to my emails. I finally had to contact the president
(in the USA) to get a response. Leica's customer service can be summed
up in three words: Go F**k Yourself.
