10TB! Your data demands exceed that of most small companies which is  
where I run into my limit of knowledge.

I did come across something that has the backup capability a while ago.

Have a look at this one - backs up to USB drive. This is probably more  
cost effective than replicating NASes

Still not cheap though, since with 4x1TB drives, each one yields 3TB  
of storage, you will need 4 of these ($1K + disk cost - say $1500  
each) and a Gbit ethernet network (which is the cheap part).

Fortunately for you I think that your data is pretty static and files  
are big which is easier to backup.
