They are N or C buyers, users, and probably advocates by now. Sometimes I wish Leica, well someone, came up with just a plain digital back for the R4-7, a not very elaborate thing, just a film replacement, full frame and clean up to ISO 600. Better? a DMR II for the R8-9. Full frame, and that would do the trick. I don't need to wait until they're ready to produce a state of art out of reach R10 in the year when I have neither DM, Shillings or Euros, nor teeth left either. I'm using an L1 in the meantime; for how long before I get an N ???
