These images are all from a large retention pond about 2km from our house. For those of you outside of modern city design you have to build enough storage for water runoff that the downstream water plume from a rain is the same after construction of whatever you build. This pond was the cooperative project for several buildings and is about 1.5 hectares in total space for natural habitat.
