I feel your pain.   Our over zealous mayor just imposed similar rules in
Austin with no deaths and smallish numbers of infected.  I am afraid that I
will be the scofflaw as there is no reason not to be out and about with
reasonable precautions.   Our transit system is running so those least able
to afford time off are most likely to be exposed.   I do admire the zen
iris walking her dog, maybe we can all rent dogs that need walking to
legally go out.
