With a mind toward social distancing I am still going out and about photographing. With that said, I will start with some fungi that decided to grow under an oak tree I have in my front yard: http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/don_dory_gmail_com/Wednesday+Weeds/fungi+under+the+oak+tree.jpg.html March is when the wild flowers begin to appear in many fields and road sides. Before I lived in Texas I didn't quite understand Lady Bird Johnsons work toward flowers. However, once in Texas and seeing the blooms in the spring especially near Johnson City where she lived I can understand. With mobility limited I may not find some of the fields but will start with these bluebonnets growing around my local post office: http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/don_dory_gmail_com/Wednesday+Weeds/bluebonnets+on+a+ridge.jpg.html Moving a little further afield: http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/don_dory_gmail_com/Wednesday+Weeds/splotches+of+yellow.jpg.html All the best. -- Don don.dory at gmail.com
