Yes, still runs trains a couple or three days a week, though at very slow 
speed (~10mph)

it?s one of the joys of living in eastern NC, being usually single digit 
feet above the water table

they are currently reballasting and replacing ties along this line

the line is operated on a lease from Norfolk Southern
