So many flags, so many young people gone ... Stopping wars, this is what the 
EU was primarily built on. JM

Happy Memorial Day to my US friends. Here is my Memorial Day photo, taken 
during a trip to Boston in May 2010:

There will of course be a lot of ceremonies, speeches, what not. But the 
best way to honor those who fell in previous wars is to stop starting new 
ones.
