Thanks, Douglas, for your thoughts. I didn?t last the entire race so I did 
miss the finish. Mostly it was an experiment to see what it was like and 
what I could learn.

I greatly admire the cyclists who can get out there and ride this hard for 
an hour. I think that the duration set.
