The only problem is the tiny sensor, which, like all fingernail sized (1/2.3" or 6.2mm x 4.6 mm) sensors, without exception, does not handle High ISO noise particularly well. As I said, it is a good single lens option for decent light, as generally the shutter speed will be high for birding.. It is the usual trade off between convenience and portability vis a vis quality.
