I suppose the Smart is exotic in America, especially in Wisconsin (I can 
imagine it fitting better in NYC or SF). They are not common in Europe 
either, although when I lived in the Netherlands, I saw quite a few in 
Amsterdam, where they enjoyed the great advantage that you can fit two into 
one parking space.
