Hi Ted,

I have ?Women in Medicine?, it is a marvellous work, my book is not the 
special edition you mention but the content is the same and it is wonderrful!

When you was in Barcelona you was borrowed me your Nocti and I had the 
honour to use it, I shoot your portrait and Geoff prtrait too drinking beer!
