Hey old buddy I'm going to look into that pillow thing and see if it will 
work on me.

Thanks for the great pep talk and bit of report Ted.

Speaking of aches?
I?ve gotten up every morning, for the last few years, with lumbar back pain.
It generally takes 20 - 60 minutes being up and walking about to subside;
unless it intensifies and stays for days.

Yesterday I went out bought myself a foam ?wedge? pillow to stick under my 
knees.
This morning was the first time in years that got out of bed without back 
pain.
Some significant realignment seemed to have occurred.
