Have you ever held a Leica S series (S2, S2-P, S(006) or S(007))? 

Until the last couple of months there was no option about have a mirror box 
if you wanted digital MF (other than technical cameras) :-)

45mm is sold as 'standard', about 35mm equivalent on FF.
