Don't think there has been any reaction to ordinary Americans here in
Ireland, and there won't be either. Still too early to divine the Trumpian
grand plan, imho, but there may be a lot of playing to the base to maintain
existing voter credibility and support with mid term elections in mind.
While Trump is malleable, he is playing the long game for Dynasty Trump. But
what do I know standing here on the western edge of Europe.

Certainly, a lot of us here are smiling at the strangeness of the selective
travel ban. Citizens of Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Yemen,
Sudan, Somalia and Libya banned, yet fellow citizens of the fifteen
hijacking Saudi-Arabians are welcomed, not to mention those from Egypt,
Lebanon and the UAR. Pakistan? Just fine.

Mind you, the main danger to Americans seems to come from armed Americans
themselves. Can't add, subtract, multiply, or divide? Doesn't matter: no
one's too dumb to have a gun! :-)
