Today it's a joke and might as well be null & void dollar wise. :-( Many of the photographers I knew way back when today are broke, unemployed and basically living on hand out donations. WHY? The iphone and whatever other names they are called by people who give their images away for their name under a published photo. As well as the corporations who wont/don't want to pay for "Quality photography!" Crap will do, simply on the basis of everybody on staff can capture some kind of "crappy image" in our eyes. But in theirs? Looks "OK!" And that's all that matters! The "bean counters" rule supreme! Get it for nothing! THIS IS A MOMENT OF PHOTOGRAPHY REALITY! :-(QUALITY of IMAGE AND CONTENT?" No relevance whatsoever! "cheaper or NOTHING?" THEY ARE HAPPIER THAN HELL! None of you lads who've had to earn your living as an in depended or freelancer? You'll not likely relate to this post. Those who've earned their keep in this fashion? Now it says Alamy and only sometimes Alamy/Tina Manley.
