Jayanand, what animals are those shown in "Butchers"? Mutton and lamb? 
Nowadays, we never see such a large carcass hanging as everything is sliced 
first. With the push for the modern "value added", the biggest portion seen 
around Dublin anyway is a leg, or rack of lamb. I rather imagine that the 
whole chicken we can still get here in supermarkets will disappear shortly 
to emerge in a more "accessible" portion size to suit modern family (duo 
wageslave) lifestyle, and up-priced accordingly.
