I showed it to my wife whose friend has a son in Alabama - said son being in love with an American girl - and friend nursing the hope that a grandmother she'll be ere long. My wife thought they were marvellous images, and said you were a great photographer. I must admit I did mutter something about you having a wonderful new Leica, and that said camera might be a bit of a help in a sort of subtle, but heavy hinting sort of way, but she dismissed my mutterings with a scornful "It's always the photographer, and never the camera...." Women, what do they know!
