Usually they're using Exploder, sometimes Firefox. Hes right, "Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not and another browser works. Other times the other browser does not work." I don't think I've had a call in these past few years regarding Chrome or Safari. The only other issue we often run into is Hughesnet and Wildblue. There's an accelerator in their modems that interferes with our Databases, but we have a fix for that.
