Very interesting, Aram.  It is somewhat similar to what happened when I 
bought this computer a year ago, with Win 7 installed, and Dell was 
supposed to install Photoshop Elements 12 before shipping it.  Dell 
finally downloaded the software to my computer, but, after a week or 
more of dealing with trying to get it to run, they suggested I contact 
Adobe.  Of course, there is no free support by Adobe for PS Elements, 
and I refused to purchase their services. I've since adopted another 
photo processing program, and am happily divorced from Adobe.
