I also know his assistant. I once asked his assistant how does he set his cameras when shooting, does he use all those special custom settings? Answer? No, he shoots all on manual. To me so much of all this new fangled doo dads are merely money makers for the manufactures! And to make people who buy the stuff believe they're "brilliant photographers!" ergo? Buy more all auto bits and pieces and the profits go up! When I use my M8 I set the ASA and set the camera on "AUTO" And shoot away to my hearts delight at the motivating objects / people with nary a thought about gear and only what is before me in the M8 view finder. It's use the gear in the fashion one always has and KISS! Sure makes lif much easier wih the least amount of "gear stuff confusion!" ccheers, ted
