I agree with Nathan.
In perspective, and NOT KNOWING WHAT PAPER JIM SELECTED, here is the 
current cost for every LUG book in hardcover with dust jacket (USD):
2006 $75.00
2007 $75.95
2008 $78.95
2009 $78.95
2010 $75.95
2011 $78.95
2012 $80.95
2013 $94.49
2014 $89.21

I realize that cost changes the more pages there are, so it is not truly 
an apples to apples comparison.
But the book is what it is, and this years is not the most expensive to 
have in your hands...
