I?ve always like the manner Ted hold the camera when he is shooting, the 
first time I saw him was on his DVD. It looks as all his body and thoughts 
are concentrate in one only point viewing the image, IHMO this is something 
to learn too from the great Masters, I always smile when I see the digital 
shooters with the extenders arms and without having an firmly position on 
their legs.
