Yes, we use those too, but for spreading on things, it is nice to have 
different kinds of mustard. There is a big taste difference between Dijon 
mustard and, say, Colemans English (I like both). My daily favourites are 
strong German mustard or a Polish mustard which for some strange reason is 
called "Russian Mustard" even though it has nothing to do with Russia as far 
as I can tell.
