I like the depth of field, but the gap in the middle breaks it up too much. If you took the group on the right and placed them off-centre, using about two thirds of the sea in the gap, cropped a little closer beneath the rightmost woman's feet, and closer in on the right.... Might benefit from B&W. You could also looking at a narrower image which takes out much of the sky too.
