Today was such a day. We were there for about 7 hours and enjoyed every minute. This is quality of life on so many levels: http://www.greatpix.eu/Other/Almorad%C3%AD-paradise/37976606_TRbSX3#!i=3136362489&k=gfvFfxd Most of the food is local, and much of it is literally picked from the neighbour's field. The artichokes are so tender that you can eat them raw in a salad. The rice made by Hilari?n beats any Michelin-star restaurant. The only fly in the ointment is that I had to severely ration the wine intake given the drive home in the evening.
