I've been working a bit on landscapes with the M240 and the R-adapter M.

The 80-200 Vario Elmar R and 35-70 Vario Elmar R turn out to be really very 
good lenses. Very, very sharp out to the corners, excellent contrast, high 
resistance to flare and precision feel. Along with the Elmarit 24mm R, 
you're all set for some contemplative landscape work. They are all E60, 
which also simplifies things. No big surprises from the 24mm Elmarit R, but 
it is a competent lens and will deliver beautiful landscapes when stopped 
down to f/5.6 or f/8.

The EVF finally makes the M camera viable for landscape work. It enables you 
to use all sorts of vintage and 3rd party lenses, not to mention the ability 
to accurately focus some of the more problematic M mount primes, like the 
90mm APO Summicron and 135mm APO Telyt.
