Thelma Fayle. As well as the B&W bandit here! ;-) By the same token the book without any input from myself . There is a separate page with my name nice and prominate as the subject which allows a signing to another which makes it a special "signing to whomever page!" :-) Bottomline? Yes there will be many copies available in New York!
