Good.. then I can buy an A7R for $, old stock.....

Cameras never outgrow the specific application for which they are bought.
Our expectations, or specs may change, but the camera is always what it was,
new. I am a believer ( like Nathan) in last years' technology, post
depreciation, post fashion consciousness, past hipster madness. I don't
make my living off this stuff, so even my D1x ($250 when I got it about 3
years ago) is a good camera for me. $7K????? not in my lifetime....

Sony will have exited the camera business within the next couple of years.
