[Leica] "TED's BOOK STORE!"

Dear Ted,

I thought that you might be inundated with requests for your new book. I 
know we e-mailed each other a few weeks ago, and I suggested paying you via 
PayPal through Scott's account. Unfortunately, I think that e-mail got lost 
amongst the many that you get everyday from the LUG.

I would like to buy a copy of your new book and have it shipped to the UK. 
Please let me know the total cost, and how I can pay you, preferably with 
PayPal, as it is easier. I have thought about buying a copy of your DVD as 
well. Is it NTSC only, or is it NTSC & PAL? I am just wondering whether it 
will play on my European DVD player.
