Leo and Douglas are spot on for retrieving the  serial number from your
last install or your Adobe account.You should do a clean install via a
download from Adobe rather than copy an existing installation too (unless
you copied the original download?).

Thinking outside the box ;-) Lightroom is also now part of the photographer
bundle if you subscribe to Photoshop CC
Thinking with an expensive new box, you can get a new copy by buying a new
Leica ;-) ;-)
