In classic mode I find it exactly the same for metering as my other Ms, I 
know how to drive it (in manual mode) so have not tried the new ways ;-)

In the traditional metering mode is the camera not going to meter in
exactly the same way as the other except that the dynamic range of the
system may vary? In other words you drive it with exactly the same
understanding of what the simple metering does.
