I would say that's probably safe... or as safe as it gets, these days.

And of course if all you put up is VGA rez that's all there is, so it's not 
so much "They're stealing MY work!" I'm annoyed about.? It's that they're 
encouraging the destruction of the market.

(Which is probably, at this point, vaguely akin to complaing about the 
continuing difficulty I have finding a reliable source for goose quills for 
writing in my journal.)
