I need to think about that.....

Where a company is based is usually a matter of taxes. Or rather non payment
of taxes.

Most US companies are registered in Delaware, as that state has the most
protective laws on lawsuits, or so I understand.

Paypal was bought by Ebay.  Presumably to keep the cash it makes as it
charges almost 10% for sales, plus 3$% for using Paypal.  If you look at
this differently, it is keeping all the monies it processes 7 times..... not
too bad a return on investment, for holding MY money, and paying me no
interest.  They should be required to register as a bank... that would fix
them.....
