Hi David,

This is a very sad experience, did you verified the ratings of the Seller?
I'm operating with e-bay after 8 or 9 years, I had a bad experience in one
of my first operations and e-bay has refund me about 80%, with Pay-Pay I
never had a problem, just in very, very few cases I shall open a discussion
and it has been always solved and satisfactory for me.

I can't understand which are the reasons to be not confident in our days
with transactions by Paypal, as well as buyer or seller. If someone can
explain me why ... it will be interesting for all of us.

David, if you have do your transaction with Paypal, if the item was signaled
as "This item is protected ...", if you have put the claims on time and you
keep the proves ..., in my experience Paypal solve a case very fas.

Good luck!

Cheers
Lluis
