Subject: [Leica] A picture that should not have been taken

As one who has listened to testimony and written it down for over 30 years
and been present at numerous trials, I would suggest that trial by media is
not a reliable method of ferreting out the truth. The best I think a media
audience can do is to reserve judgment. Here's what we really know for
sure: something happened somewhere.

I read his story. I call BS.

I could understand some people too stunned to do anything. I could
understand people running, yelling.

Using flash to "alert the train operator" is just BS.

New York Post is beyond redeeming.
