you would have to apply a large number of qualifiers to that to make it 
reality.

like maybe "bought current top of the line in the last few months and under 
warranty"

like maybe "widley known professional who could embarass them"

i use a Leica as my working camera as a "part-time" professional--there is 
no pro program whenever i have asked them about it

my repair experience with Leica is horrible

on my most recent experience, they told me thay couldn't bother with my M8 
issues until they took care of the current M9 repairs they had to do
(took 4 months for a simple $400+ CLA)
Within a year of return, the shutter crashed and is not in any way covered 
since they did not replace it

i realize i'm not important to them, but their making pretend to give a damn 
would be nice
