I am tempted by the 240, especially the electronic viewfinder with focus 
mask (or whatever they call it). Higher ISO would also be great for higher 
shutter speeds under currently challenging conditions. It would be nice to 
have two bodies: M9 for backup would be terrific or two different lenses 
handily available. 

But then there is that Alpa Rodenstock 32mm with Tilt/Shift capabilities for 
about the same price. Think about that: from here to infinity with a 35mm 
equivalency of a 16mm lens and zero curvature...

And I will retire in two years, so must not incur debt. 

I think I'll just go out and take pictures. :-)
