Subject: [Leica] IMG: The sad end of a Leica

There is a shutter release on the front end of that camera next to the lens 
mount that would be indicative of the early Exaktas, the later Praktikas or 
the Pentacon medium format cameras.
There might be other makes that did that but I don't think Leica did that 
unless it was a prototype. 
It's repurposing is rather creative.
