Gerry,

This is a really nicely done portrait of your wife. I am sorry to hear that
she has cancer. I wish the both of you the best of luck in getting through
chemotherapy.

There are lots of support groups and resources available to help both cancer
patients and their caregivers. They helped my wife a lot. Take advantage of
them if you can. Our grand kids also helped a great deal. They were totally
accepting and not the least bit put off by the situation. Our grand daughter
Ana was too young to really understand what a wig was. But, she did know
what a hat was. So she called my wife's wig her daytime hat and the cap she
wore to bed her nighttime hat. Little Ana would come over to my wife at
bedtime and say, "Granny, that's your daytime hat. You have to put on your
nighttime hat now!"

I am certain that the entire LUG wishes both you and your wife God's speed,
good luck, and a speedy recovery?.

Barney
