I have the X100 mostly as consolation for the M9's being out of reach.  The 
optical viewfinder offers advantages too good to pass up.  The live screen 
is really useful, but it presents an image of something that's already 
happened, not what's happening right now; and no matter how hard you try, 
you can't photograph the past.  There are work-arounds, but an OVF is the 
perfect solution.
