Subject: [Leica] Manipulation Disqualification

The problem with Landscape Photographer of the Year issues is I've never
heard of Landscape Photographer of the Year and I doubt anyone I know has.
Contests like that really!
Its a big world and a big internet. Billions and billons of people and
photography even more now that its digital and more accessible is a very big
hobby.
Contests were never really a part of serious photography of any form.
I never knew anybody who took them seriously and was involved with them.
Photography is not a beauty pageant for jpegs.
Somebody needs a photograph. They hire somebody to do it. You get too far
away from that its low level amateur hour. Its like community theater.
Volunteer time. A big nuthouse. Community busybodies.
