So I taped the following to the back of my 617 holder:

***
1 - ATTACH film back
2 - CLOSE aperture
3 - EXPOSURE set
4 - WIND film (3,6,9,12)
5 - REMOVE darkslide
6 - COCK shutter
7 - SHOOT
8 - INSERT darkslide

****

Of course the 2nd picture I took yesterday, I forgot to wind the film

(someone commented that I should exchange 5 and 6)
