And that adapter allows full aperture focusing and metering since it has a 
servo motor or some kind to actuate the mechanisms and electronics to read 
the f-stop.  Because of the shorter flange to sensor distance there should 
be plenty of room for this.

I would seriously consider this if it allowed my to use my R lenses as they 
were intended.  But I would want a real viewfinder, not some live view 
screen.
