Woodworkers do have forums where people are just as passionate about hammers and bandsaws as photographers are about our equipment. I'm a professional artist; I spend a lot of time with painters and printmakers and they care deeply about quality of brushes, paints, different types of canvas, arguments about copper vs zinc for etching plates, etc. The plain fact is that artists and craftsmen of all types do care about their tools of the trade. I don't understand why that bothers so many photographers. Its dumb, and they just need to get over it. -- Chris Crawford Fine Art Photography Fort Wayne, Indiana 260-437-8990 http://www.chriscrawfordphoto.com My portfolio http://blog.chriscrawfordphoto.com My latest work! http://www.facebook.com/pages/Christopher-Crawford/48229272798 Become a fan on Facebook On 8/26/12 7:35 PM, "Adam Bridge" <abridge at mac.com> wrote: >> http://www.lensrentals.com/blog/2012/03/hammerforum-com > >Perfect. > >Adam > > >_______________________________________________ >Leica Users Group. >See http://leica-users.org/mailman/listinfo/lug for more information
